Every brief begins with a question — what do we want the audience to feel before they understand? The answer dictates the camera, the rhythm, the silence.
Director, operator and editor: one person, one eye, one signature. One vision, one direction. The film is decided, then it exists.
From treatment to final colour, I hold the camera, the cut and the conversation. When a project demands more, I bring trusted operators — never agencies, never noise.
I don't film what it is. I film what it provokes. The light, the rhythm, the gesture. What remains when everything else fades.

Raww Films was founded in Paris by Thanh in 2025 to make a small kind of cinema. Sport, corporate, travel and hotel clients come to me when the obvious commercial film won't do; when the work has to feel inevitable. Past collaborations include Radisson, Racing 92 and several other companies. Most films are produced with one operator, one edit and the deliberate refusal to film more than the story requires.
A typical film moves through four chapters. Long enough to make something true, short enough to keep momentum.
Before writing, I listen. What the brand says, and what it doesn't. The film is born between the two.
Week 01The film is built upstream. In the treatment, the locations, the light.
Week 01 — 02On location. Camera in hand. The film reveals itself in every decision.
Week 02 — 03Edit-led grade in DaVinci Resolve. Sound designed before colour locks. Delivered in formats the brand will actually use.
Week 03 — 04
